There’s an ancient proverb that has guided mankind for millennia. The everlasting wisdom of ‘Go Big or Go Home’.

The Cheesy Brisket Jam Slam doesn’t know the way home.

That massive deep-fried block is mac ‘n’ cheese. The pieces of brisket are huge, stringy slices that lay out of the bun like Enjolras in the 2012 Les Misérables movie. The pickles are chunky bois that are juicy and sweet. The fries they come with are thick and plentiful. Everything about it screams ‘big’ in a really fun way.

I’m not sure that there was enough jam, but that was probably because everything else was so huge. It’s a fun burger that only Wilson Barbeque could do.
